1. 適用範圍與接受
本通用終端使用者授權合約（「通用 EULA」）適用於 Bridge AI Works（「我們」）在非 Apple App Store 管道提供的原生軟體，包括 Android、桌面或其他明示連結至本頁的版本（各稱「軟體」）。下載、安裝、存取或使用軟體，即表示你同意本通用 EULA。
僅網站服務、第三方服務或另有專屬條款的產品，不因本頁自動受本通用 EULA 規範。
2. 授權
在你遵守本通用 EULA 的前提下，我們授予你一項有限、可撤回、非專屬、不可轉讓、不可再授權的授權，讓你在自己控制的相容裝置上，為合法的個人或內部用途使用軟體。
3. 禁止事項
除非強制適用法律另有規定，你不得複製、散布、出租、出售、轉售、公開提供、反向工程、反編譯、反組譯、修改或製作軟體衍生作品；不得規避技術、使用量、帳號或付款限制；不得移除權利標示；也不得以違法、侵權、欺騙、騷擾或有害方式使用軟體。
4. 使用者內容與 AI 輸出
你對輸入、上傳、建立或以其他方式提供的內容負責，並保證有權使用該等內容。若軟體提供 AI 輔助功能，輸出可能不完整、不準確或不適合特定用途；你應在依賴、發佈或採取行動前自行審查與驗證。除產品專屬條款明示外，我們不保證輸出正確性、可用性、原創性或適合你的特定目的。
5. 隱私與第三方服務
各產品的資料處理以其專屬隱私權政策為準；本通用 EULA 不擴張該等資料處理。若你選擇連結、設定或使用第三方服務、AI 供應商、帳號或支付服務，該第三方的條款與隱私政策亦可能適用。
6. 智慧財產
軟體及其相關介面、設計、程式碼、商標、名稱與材料受智慧財產權保護。本通用 EULA 不移轉任何所有權。你保留自己依法擁有的內容權利。
7. 商店與付款
若軟體由 Google Play、其他商店或付款供應商提供，該平台會依其自身條款提供分發、交易或付款服務。本通用 EULA 不決定或限制該平台對你的任何責任、權利或救濟。付費功能、訂閱、續訂、取消與退款以購買頁面、產品專屬條款、平台條款及適用法律為準。
8. 更新、終止與免責
我們可能更新、修正、變更、暫停或停止軟體或其部分功能。你違反本通用 EULA 時，授權將終止；終止後你須停止使用並刪除軟體。
在法律允許的最大範圍內，軟體按「現況」及「可用狀態」提供，不附任何明示、默示或法定保證。在法律允許的最大範圍內，我們不對間接、附帶、特別、懲罰性或結果性損失，或資料、營收、商譽或商業機會損失負責。本條不限制法律不得排除或限制的責任。
9. 法律、優先順序與聯絡
本通用 EULA 不排除不可放棄的消費者權利。在適用法律允許的範圍內，本通用 EULA 以中華民國（臺灣）法律為準，但不適用其法律衝突原則。若本通用 EULA 與產品專屬條款衝突，以產品專屬條款為準。我們更新本通用 EULA 時會更新本頁日期；如法律要求，將就重大變更提供額外通知。僅在適用法律允許時，於更新條款生效後繼續使用軟體，表示你接受更新後版本。

How this applies: This is a default standard EULA. If a product has a product-specific EULA, Privacy Policy, payment term, or another express term, that product-specific term controls. Purchases through the iOS App Store are generally subject to Apple's Standard EULA and are not governed by this page.
1. Scope and acceptance
This Standard End User License Agreement ("Standard EULA") applies to native software supplied by Bridge AI Works ("we," "us," or "our") outside the Apple App Store, including Android, desktop, and other versions that expressly link to this page (each, "Software"). By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Software, you accept this Standard EULA.
A website-only service, third-party service, or product with its own terms is not automatically governed by this Standard EULA.
2. License
Subject to your compliance with this Standard EULA, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the Software on compatible devices you control for lawful personal or internal purposes.
3. Restrictions
Except where mandatory law permits otherwise, you may not copy, distribute, rent, lease, sell, resell, publicly provide, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, or create derivative works of the Software. You may not circumvent technical, usage, account, or payment controls; remove proprietary notices; or use the Software unlawfully, deceptively, harmfully, or in a way that infringes rights.
4. User content and AI output
You are responsible for content you submit, upload, create, or otherwise provide, and represent that you have the right to use it. If the Software offers AI-assisted features, output can be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a particular purpose. You must review and verify it before relying on it, publishing it, or acting on it. Unless a product-specific term states otherwise, we do not warrant the accuracy, availability, originality, or fitness of output for your particular purpose.
5. Privacy and third-party services
Data practices for each product are governed by its product-specific Privacy Policy; this Standard EULA does not expand those practices. If you choose to connect, configure, or use a third-party service, AI provider, account, or payment service, that third party's terms and privacy policy may also apply.
6. Intellectual property
The Software and its related interface, design, code, trademarks, names, and materials are protected by intellectual property laws. This Standard EULA does not transfer ownership. You retain rights you lawfully hold in your own content.
7. Stores and payments
Where Software is supplied through Google Play, another store, or a payment provider, that platform provides distribution, transaction, or payment services under its own terms. This Standard EULA does not determine or limit any responsibility, right, or remedy that the platform may have in relation to you. Paid features, subscriptions, renewals, cancellation, and refunds are governed by the purchase page, product-specific terms, platform terms, and applicable law.
8. Updates, termination, and disclaimers
We may update, fix, change, suspend, or discontinue the Software or part of its functionality. Your license ends if you breach this Standard EULA; on termination, you must stop using and delete the Software.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Software is provided "as is" and "as available," without express, implied, or statutory warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, revenue, goodwill, or business opportunity. This section does not limit liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
9. Law, precedence, and contact
This Standard EULA does not exclude non-waivable consumer rights. To the extent permitted by applicable law, it is governed by the laws of Taiwan (R.O.C.), excluding conflict-of-law rules. If this Standard EULA conflicts with a product-specific term, the product-specific term controls. When we update this Standard EULA, we will update the date on this page and, where law requires, give additional notice of material changes. Only where permitted by applicable law, your continued use of the Software after updated terms take effect means you accept the updated version.
