Terms of Use

These Terms apply to BridgeAIWorks apps and websites, including Euclid Lab, ExamCreator, ResearchNote AI, Nerd Dojo / 書呆子的練功房, SafeMed / 安心藥盒, and Magic Travel Map / 魔法旅行地圖, including MagicMap for native iOS and iPadOS and the separate LINE LIFF web app. They also apply to shared BridgeAIWorks practices for AI Grader Pro and future BridgeAIWorks apps. Euclid Lab for Android, ResearchNote AI for Android, AI Grader Pro, and MagicMap for iOS and iPadOS may provide product-specific terms that control for the relevant product.

Covered Apps

These Terms apply to the following BridgeAIWorks products, unless a product-specific agreement states otherwise:

Use of the Apps

You are responsible for how you use BridgeAIWorks apps and for the content, files, prompts, images, handwriting, answers, trip Rooms, invite links, location sharing settings, meeting points, health-related notes, medication information, student materials, or other information you enter.

BridgeAIWorks apps are intended for learning, travel coordination, productivity, organization, drafting, review, and AI-assisted workflows. They are not guaranteed to be error-free or suitable for every situation.

AI Output

Some features may use AI models or external AI providers. AI-generated output may be incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, or inappropriate for your situation. You must review and verify AI output before relying on it, especially for education, grading, health-related, medication-related, legal, financial, or professional decisions.

No Medical, Emergency, or Safety-Critical Use

SafeMed / 安心藥盒 and any health-related BridgeAIWorks features are not emergency medical services and are not substitutes for professional medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, pharmacy review, or emergency care.

Magic Travel Map and any travel-related BridgeAIWorks features are not emergency, safety-critical navigation, rescue, travel-risk, or official advisory services. GPS, browser location, LINE LIFF behavior, maps, geocoding, reminders, and SOS notifications may be delayed, inaccurate, unavailable, or affected by device settings, network conditions, battery settings, permissions, and third-party services. Guides and travelers remain responsible for ordinary check-ins, group safety, local emergency calls, travel insurance, and official safety procedures.

User Responsibilities

You agree not to misuse the apps, interfere with app security, reverse engineer the apps except where allowed by law, use the apps for illegal purposes, upload or process content you do not have rights to use, or use the apps to harm others.

Intellectual Property

BridgeAIWorks owns its apps, designs, software, branding, and related materials. You retain rights to content you create or provide, subject to the permissions needed for the app to process that content and provide requested features.

Third-Party Services

Some features may connect to third-party AI providers, OCR providers, cloud services, app stores, operating systems, or other external services. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

Google Play and Android

Android apps distributed through Google Play are also subject to our Google Play & Android Supplemental Terms, in addition to these Company Terms and the applicable product EULA. Google Play account, payment, subscription management, cancellation, and refund matters are also governed by Google Play terms and mandatory consumer law.

For Android software without a product-specific license, see the Standard non-iOS EULA. Euclid Lab and ResearchNote AI for Android are governed by their Euclid Lab and ResearchNote AI product-specific Terms of Use, and ExamCreator Android is governed by its product-specific Android EULA. Android privacy practices are governed by a product-specific policy where one is linked, otherwise by the Android App Privacy Policy.

繁中：透過 Google Play 發布的 Android App，除適用本公司條款與個別產品 EULA 外，亦受Google Play 與 Android 補充條款規範。Google Play 的帳戶、付款、訂閱管理、取消與退款，另適用 Google Play 的條款及強制性消費者保護法。未提供專屬授權條款的 Android 軟體適用通用非 iOS EULA；Euclid Lab 與 ResearchNote AI Android 分別適用其Euclid Lab及ResearchNote AI產品專屬使用條款，ExamCreator Android 適用其專屬 Android EULA。Android 隱私權以產品專屬政策為準，未提供者才適用Android App 隱私權政策。

Apple App Store and Standard EULA

App Store purchases are subject to Apple's Standard EULA. App Store 購買適用 Apple 標準 EULA。

For apps downloaded through the Apple App Store, your license is also subject to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA) unless a custom EULA is provided for a specific app or region. If these Terms conflict with Apple's required terms for App Store distribution, Apple's applicable terms control where required.

No Warranty

BridgeAIWorks apps are provided as available and without guarantees of perfect accuracy, uninterrupted availability, or fitness for every purpose. To the maximum extent allowed by law, BridgeAIWorks is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from use of the apps.
